Kenya Red Cross Society · Response Hub

One household list.
Every partner’s aid.
One coordinated response.

IOM's household register, shared with every partner on the ground. Officers scan a household's card, see what it has already received, and record what they hand over, online or offline through Kobo.

How it works

How it works

Each organisation keeps doing its own job. The Hub connects the pieces so nobody works from an old list.

  1. IOM registers households

IOM's Kobo register syncs into the Hub. Nobody else adds or edits households. Partners report corrections and KRCS passes them to IOM.

  2. Partners record what they give

Officers scan the card, see earlier aid and record their package through Kobo Collect, an Excel upload or the web. Repeat aid is flagged, never blocked.

  3. KRCS sees the whole picture

Coverage by village, households still waiting and every partner's reach, so the next distribution goes where it is needed.

Data protection

Shared enough to coordinate. Not more.

Working on a response with KRCS?

KRCS sets up an account for each partner organisation. Your partner admin then adds officers and assigns them to a response.
